How to Register

  • Registration for the conference should be done through the online registration system. All participants must register for ISNA-21
  • The Early Bird registration deadline is June 30, 2026.
  • Discounted registration fees are determined by the payment date. Participants who do not complete payment before the deadline will be required to re-register and pay the next-tier rate.

Method of Payment

  • Only online payments are accepted.
  • The conference uses the PayEase payment platform for online registration.
  • For international participants, credit cards from Visa and MasterCard are supported by the PayEase platform.
  • For local participants in China, most bank cards are supported by the PayEase platform.
  • All payments must be made in USD for international participants and in CNY for participants in China.

Registration Confirmation

  • Upon receipt of your registration and payment, we will confirm your registration for ISNA-21. A formal confirmation will be sent to you by email.
    * Please whitelist the conference email first to prevent messages from being directed to your junk folder.
  • You may also find your registration and payment status updated in your personal account.
  • The registration email includes your registration number and QR code, which are required for on-site collection of your conference materials. You are strongly encouraged to print this email before attending the conference.

Registration Receipt

You can download the registration fee receipt after payment from the “My Orders” section in your personal account once payment status is updated to PAID.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made before May 1, 2026 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made before July 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the conference fee.
  • Cancellations on or after July 1, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you are unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no additional charge. The original participant must provide a letter of authorization along with a cancellation letter to the secretariat via email before July 1, 2026. The letter should include the name of the substitute delegate, who must register on the conference website in advance.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the conference at isna21@pku.edu.cn . Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend will forfeit their registration fees.
